Shipping Policy
We know your little ones toes need coverage, so we strive to fulfill and ship your orders as fast as possible! Most items will be shipped on the same day the order was placed, however during busy times, it may take up to 2 business days to fulfil and ship an order. Delivery times are based off of when the package arrives to Canada Post. We currently only ship to Canada and the US.

Porch Pick Up Details
For those living in Ottawa, we will from time to time offer porch pick up in Stittsville. When your order is ready you will receive an email with instructions for pick-up.
Return Policy
Due to COVID19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you are concerned about which size to order, or have any other questions before ordering, please drop us a note and we'll do our best to help size your little one or answer any questions virtually!
